The investment included a new deinking plant, recovered paper storage, paper machine with finishing equipment, roll storage, solid fuel boiler and necessary connections to other mill departments, and expansion of the current water and waste water treatment plants.

The capacity of the plant is 400 000 tons of standard newsprint per year. The new paper machine came on stream on May 31, 2003.
